Geek in Pink, LLC is a fast growing consumer oriented computer repair and service
company that services both residential and small business clients.  We are now looking
for qualified candidates for a receptionist.  Applicants should be personable,
knowledgeable and extremely resourceful. We are need in of team players as we are in
a stage of growth. This is not a retail store, it is a service center.
Duties:
  • Receptionist
  • Scheduling
  • Document preparation
  • Research & project management
  • Personal assistant to owner
  • Other assigned tasks
  • Facilitate drop offs and pick ups.
Skills needed:
  • strong organization skills
  • good communication skills
  • customer service oriented
  • reliable
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • not intimidated by technology - need to know or be willing to
    learn the business we are in to communicate with customers
  • productive worker and willingness to learn new skills

Some Saturdays:  10-1
This is an approximation of days/times. Flexibility in your schedule helps. Please
note availability in your cover letter. Candidate MUST be comfortable with technology
and willing to learn relevant information to communicate with customers. If you are
already knowledgeable please indicate in the cover letter and to what extent. This
position does have ability to be flexible from semester to semester to accommodate
schedules if need be.  Consistent and reliable attendance is imperative. While the
schedule can be flexible, scheduled hours must be fulfilled.
Starting pay is $8/hr with review and opportunity for a raise after 90 days.
This is not a good position for those with attendance problems.
